There are not many books that I can say touch me and even less that rock me all the way to my core. Four Days is one of those books. I had tears in my eyes for a great majority of the book, I laughed out loud at Wheeler and Denny. I even laughed at Lorenzo, but Ivy touched me, made me want to cry for her, hug her tight, protect her and then stand up and cheer when she did all those things for herself. Ivy is probably my favorite character of this entire series because of this book. I always knew that she was a gentle spirt, and a loving person, but her strength and poise are remarkable. She helped me to remember why there does not always have to be the strong alpha male to save the day. Sometimes the best man for the job is a strong alpha female, with a heart of gold.
Dannika Dark has brought to life so many issues and struggles in one compelling book, family bonds, trust issues, male dominance, self-worth, these are things we all deal with at some point in our lives, and Dark has incorporated these issues in what I would say is the most beautiful book of the year. This series gets better with every book she writes, and taking a trip back to Cognito in this book helps to bring everything full circle. If I wasn't before I surely would be a fan for life. I am even more excited to see where this series goes from here.

After reading all the books in Dannika’s Mageri Series and the Seven Series all I can say is I loved both series and she is now one of my top Authors. . I’m looking forward to reading her latest series called Crossbreed. Both series were exciting, loving, humorous, and suspenseful and I even cried. Dannika’s humor is like no other and I found myself laughing out loud. She is such a clever word smithy. I apparently read the 2 series out of the recommend order. I read the Seven Series first and the Mageri Series second but it did not make any difference in the story telling. I was glad I read them in the order I did as I was left with a Big surprise and a very happy heart when I read the last book “The Gift” in the Mageri Series on the last pages. I was left with such a happy and satisfied feeling as the two series were connected in a special way that worked for me. I wish the series could have gone on forever as I loved the characters in both series. It was like having to say good-bye to friends you love. I highly recommend Dannika’s work and especially these two series.

Lovely story! I absolutely loved both the characters of Ivy and Lorenzo. From the moment they met in a previous book, it was kismet they would be together. Ms. Dark, has done a pitch perfect job in creating two incredibly unique characters who, at first glance, would be almost impossible to find a loving match for. Then, she weaves these unique qualities into the perfect union!

Ivy is an old soul in a young body. She has been through some horrid things in her life but is still strong enough to hope for love and peace in her life. Her character is physically weak but mentally a power-house of strength. Unfortunately physical strength is an absolute requirement in the shifter world.

Then there is Lorenzo. The powerful alpha packmaster who has it all.... or so he thinks. Ivy is everything he does not need if he wants to keep his pack strong. He is arrogant, unflinching and unyeilding. It is an absolute joy to watch Ivy ever so slowing change his outlook and life.

The book did slow some at times and I had a hard time with all the stereotypes and assumptions that Ivy had to live and deal with. I felt she deserved a lot more honor and appreciation than even the Cole pack gave her, but it didn’t stop me from devouring every single page of this wonderful love story!
Sometimes Ordinary people are destines for extraordinary lives. I have been a Fan Of Dannika Dark since the very first book I read of her and of course this book is no different. At first when I found out it was about Ivy I was a little disappointed, only because I wanted it to be about Denver. But Let me tell you this, When I started reading Four Days I knew that I was going to love and I did. It takes an amazing author to be able to pull emotions out of a reader the way this book did with me. There where moments that I laughed, there where moments that I had people looking at me because of the tears running down my cheeks, and Even Last night while I was working I had OMG! NO WAY! moments and yes I had my customers laughing at me. I think that is the kind of thing that shows how great a book is. I personally have the first three books in this series not only in ebook but also in paperback and this book will be not different! I am truly AMAZED and the written of this wonderful author and I can NOT wait for the next one to release. I am forever a fan of Dannika's work. If you have not read her books, then you are truly missing out and I think if you give them a try, your heart will be warmed just as mine was. Thank you Dannika for your wonderful words!
Dannika Dark has definitely done it again! I read this book in one sitting, unable to put it down. I've been a fan of Dark since the first Mageri book, and anytime a new book comes out I always buy it. I have to admit I didn't think that this would be my favorite out of her shifter series but it was the best so far! I didn't think I would like it as much as the other because I haven't been a fan of Lorenzo Church through the first three books but man did she prove me wrong, now I daresay he's one of my favorites. Dark puts you inside of her characters brains and let's you see things through their eyes. I love how we get to see the progression of things that happened in the first three books in this book also. Dark always keeps me guessing with what's going to happen next and her character development is unreal. The book shifts back and forth from Ivy and Lorenzo's POV's and the contrasting voices are amazing. You get Ivy's full backstory and man is it a wild ride. I was so excited when she connected the Mageri series with this, it's like getting a sneak peek back into that world. You need to buy this book!
